About Tempest

Tempest was a VEX IQ team started in 2022 by Jerry and Jason. As a beginner team, Tempest fought from regionals to World Championships, ranking 1st in the entire US for skills during the season and winning countless awards for innovation, teamwork, and overall amazing performance(the Amaze award is real!). At the World Championships, Tempest won their division championship and scored 7th in the final matches, competing with the top ten global teams. After Jerry, Jason, and their friend Petro(also well-versed in robotics) started Decade Prep Robotics to share their experience with more students.
